Thank you for visiting and shopping at "I'M LOGiiC". Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

All orders are processed within 15-30 business days, depending on order and location. Some orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are shipped on WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS, but delays may occur due to factors such as weather. 

If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, shipments may also be delayed for a few more days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to send an email at "imlogiic@yahoo.com", we will respond to you ASAP. 

We are not liable for any shipments that have been delivered to your local post office and have been sent back to sender due to not being picked up by the customer in time. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their address is correct and to track their package and ensure safe delivery from the designated post office. there is also a non-refundable fee $ that is kept for liability purposes.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.



Due to COVID-19 these shipping times may be longer to process and to ship. We do consider our workers safety and will not be letting many to work at once. We ask of you to stay patient and rest assured you will receive your order.




A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be, if any.  If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.
